Introduction
Campaigns from our system cannot be sent with attachments. E-mails sent with attachments are often treated as spam. You can store files (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.) directly on our servers, which you can then send to your recipients as a download link in the newsletter. This prevents the problem of spam and also lets you analyze precisely who downloads your files.
How to link to files in your newsletter
When editing an e-mail, you can link different modules to a file download. These modules are elements, such as text, images or elements specially provided for downloads.
First, insert the corresponding module in your e-mailing.
Then click it and select the File Link tab in the new window.
You can now upload a new file or link to existing files.
